This Spring Lonette McKee will be launching a brand new web series. Lonette along with Nicole Franklin and Giovanna Aguilar, executive producers of Midnight Media Capture Presents: “The Lonette McKee Files” to bring her one-woman show to her fans—a global audience of storytellers and entertainment aficionados—via MMC’s web channel. Lonette also will offer aspiring performers, around the world, the opportunity to gain insight into the entertainment industry in her online educational series entitled “Actors Empowered,” as part of her participation in MMC Presents Summer 2013 Sizzle Sessions, a series of online professional workshops on the storytelling process, from writing to directing to performing.

In August Michael Henderson

will be bringing his “Electric Miles And Beyond” concert to The Cutting Room on August 16th. This Motown and Miles Davis alum will be playing with some of Miles Davis’ alumni as well as his regular band. Click Here For Tickets.

Coming in October Tamela D’Amico

and her swinging Septet will be performing out in Riverhead at The Suffolk Theater. A great evening of Jazz standards and selections from Tamela’s critically acclaimed album “Got A Little Story”.

Ms. D’Amico recently completed Producing Billy Vera’s new CD “Billy Vera Big Band Jazz” and is currently working on a brand new CD of her own.
